You can now see Bedouins Team selections for NDL matches – just go to ‘NDL Bedouin Squads’ on the menu bar.
The 2024 AGM was held on February 11th in the Avorians bar with 12 members attending.
Mark was confirmed as President, Ken as Treasurer and Sandy was elected as Secretary.
Major item discussed was the future of our 6 a side team. With too few able to participate, even with reduced travelling, we decided to withdraw from this league.Â
The Club Championship Day was held on June 4th. A lovely warm, sunny day with 16 players playing 5 rounds of doubles. We had a break after 3 rounds for refreshments then played the remaining 2 rounds before tea in the clubhouse.
Thanks to Sandy for organising the day and to Jeremy for providing the excellent refreshments.
The overall winner _ by the narrowest margin – was Gill Harrington who was presented her trophy by Dick Frost.
